About the Role

We're hiring a tech-savvy Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, phone, and walk-ins. You'll consult customers on PC / workstation / server needs, prepare quotations, and drive conversions with fast follow-ups and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within 15 minutes
• Understand customer needs (e.g. VFX, AI, CAD, gaming)
• Recommend hardware solutions or custom builds
• Prepare and send quotations
• Follow up until conversion
• Log all activity in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Bigin)
• Ensure a premium customer experience
