Are you passionate about building people capabilities, driving behavioural excellence, and shaping a culture of growth? We’re looking for an experienced L&D professional to design and deliver impactful learning programs for our retail stores and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver behavioural training for store managers, stylists & corporate teams
Facilitate workshops, simulations, role-plays & digital learning
Support OD initiatives—capability building, leadership development & succession planning
Coach managers on behavioural & leadership skills
Track training effectiveness using NPS, performance and engagement metrics
Manage training calendars, dashboards & learning tools
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in L&D / OD, preferably in retail or customer-centric environments
Strong facilitation, communication & coaching skills
Ability to design engaging and impactful learning content
Analytical mindset with comfort in using performance and CX metrics
Knowledge of LMS and digital learning tools
Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Psychology, OD, or related fields
