We’re looking for a proactive IT Project Bidder to join our growing team — someone who can identify new project opportunities, communicate with clients, and help us win bids across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Clutch.
Responsibilities :
Identify, qualify, and bid for software and IT service projects.
Prepare winning proposals and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with technical teams to understand scope and delivery timelines.
Build long-term relationships with international clients.
Track, follow up, and close deals effectively.
Qualifications :
1–3 years’ experience in IT project bidding / business development.
Required Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Upwork / Freelancer / LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of IT services such as Web & App Development, Cloud Solutions, AI Integrations, etc.
Pay range and compensation package :
Commission-based or Partnership Model — earn a percentage on every closed project. Performance-based growth opportunities within IM24x7 Delta Solutions
