Sales Operations & Incentive Compensation Expert
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive incentive compensation design operations and sales force effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead client projects on incentive compensation strategy development, call planning approaches, and CRM / reporting solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and IT stakeholders to develop compensation strategies and optimize processes.
- Provide strategic oversight and actionable insights on Salesforce alignment, call planning / targeting, IC modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee deployment optimization of IT tools, such as Veeva, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, to enhance IC SFE processes.
- Manage mentor project teams, fostering capability development and ensuring delivery excellence across accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills, effective communication of results and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement innovation in IC SFE methodologies, establishing best practices and thought leadership.
- Create and manage quarterly alignment call plans, sales goals, payouts, and oversee vendor collaboration and outsourced processes.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.8–12 years experience in pharma / biotech consulting, commercial operations expertise, and incentive compensation sales force effectiveness.Proficiency in analytics reporting tools, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Veeva and Salesforce Health Cloud.Strong understanding of pharma commercial models, field force structures, IC design methodologies, call planning / targeting, compliance requirements.Demonstrated leadership managing mentoring teams, balancing multiple client accounts, and ensuring delivery excellence.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and IT.Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights.Proven track record driving improvements, implementing scalable solutions, and delivering thought leadership in IC SFE.
