Role Description

Octech is seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, producing engaging video content, and contributing to the design of graphics for campaigns and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, executing, and delivering motion designs aligned with project goals and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of visually compelling content that supports Octech's interactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production
• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital platforms
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative visual content within branding guidelines
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing motion graphic design experience is required
• Experience in gamified or brand-focused campaigns preferred
