Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in acquiring clients specifically in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving growth through staff augmentation solutions . This is a strategic role focusing on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value-driven talent solutions.
✅ Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Sciences sectors .
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition Heads, Operations, and Business Unit Leaders) at pharma companies.
- Understand client business models, challenges, and talent needs related to Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, and Drug Safety.
- Drive business growth by offering tailored staff augmentation solutions (short-term and long-term placements) .
- Lead end-to-end client acquisition process :
- – Prospecting
- – Business Development
- – Negotiation and Closure
- – Contract Management
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding of resources as per client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Pharma & Life Sciences.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets and KPI goals.
✅ Required Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 3 + years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales, specifically within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain .Strong expertise in staff augmentation business models (project-based, long-term placements, permanent hiring solutions).Proven track record of closing deals with mid-to-large pharma companies.In-depth understanding of pharma functions : Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Trials, CMC, Drug Safety, Medical Writing, Veeva Vault systems, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead client acquisition strategies.Strong network of pharma industry contacts is a big plus.
