The incumbent should have an experience of working with promoter driven family business along with following responsibilities :
- Manage CMD Office’s electronic agenda, organize meetings, assess priority of appointment and reallocation as necessary with internal associates and external contacts at all levels of seniority
- Manage international travel arrangements coordinating Visas, logistics and itineraries
- Prepare communications such as daily or strategic emails and memos
- Coordinate with the internal senior level stakeholders for producing briefing documents, reports, and presentations on a wide variety of subjects / topics
- Prepare meetings, agendas and pre-meeting briefings as well as manage arrangements for the same
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority. Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them appropriately
- Maintain records of the CMD office’s contacts and data, follow-up and keep the records updated
- Manage payment and expenses, complying with company policies
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and ensure all services standards are compliant with company policies regarding security, confidentiality, sustainability, and social responsibility
- Strong hand-on exposure in Microsoft Office Tools / Applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English with an ability to produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
