Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Engineer from Fire domain product-based company, who will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, responsible for analysing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements. This role ensures that product goals are clearly understood and translated into detailed actionable specifications to guide successful product delivery.
Experience Preferred : 12+ yrs.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business needs and objectives.Analyse, prioritize, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Develop detailed requirement documents such as ATOR (Agreed Term of Reference), Functional Requirement, Subsystem Requirements documents.Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and understood.Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Manage change request to requirements and communicate updates to relevant teams.Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in requirements and suggest solutions.Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.Track changes to requirements and maintains version control and traceability.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that requirements have been implemented correctly.Identify potential risks or conflicts in requirements early and propose resolutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business AnalysistStrong knowledge of Fire domain .Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Requirement Analyst or similar role.Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, JAZZ, Microsoft Office, and diagramming software (Visio).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
