Job description

We are hiring for a Customer Service - Voice Process role within a captive unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer support. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through a voice process .
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and strive for first-call resolution.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education : Graduates are required.
  • Experience : Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is preferred. Freshers must have excellent English communication skills .
  • Skills : Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Age : Maximum age of 27 years .
  • Additional Information

  • Salary : Up to ₹4-7 LPA .
  • Work Schedule : 5 days Work From Office (WFO) , with 24 / 7 shifts and offs .
  • Transport : One-side cab is provided for odd hours, and a shuttle service is also available.
