Avalon Software Services is a fast growing Multi National Company providing Software Solutions, Software Services,
Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE 7-11 Yrs
Should have implemented at least 1+ project as an HRMS Lead.
Should have expertise in any of the following combinations in HRMS modules : Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits,
Compensation, Core HR, IRecruiting,Talent Management, Learning, Time & Labor, OTL, Onboarding.
Leads the analysis and design in the HRMS area (Core HR, Payroll, Absence,Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, IRecruiting,
Talent Management,Learning, Time & Labor, OTL, Onboarding), with close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the
Oracle HRMS module requirements,and integrates these requirements with other functional and technical teams.
Designs processes and prepares the solution blueprint for project implementation.
Configures the system and tests the solution with users.
Provides user training.
Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, providing post-go-live support.
Should have hands-on expertise in Personalization, workflow, and design studio.
Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards, or SQL skills would be an added advantage
