Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce (riders).Conduct field visits for sourcing and onboarding delivery riders.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet business requirements.Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.Track and report recruitment metrics on a regular basis.Ensure candidates meet company standards and compliance requirements.Requirements :
- Proven experience in blue-collar or mass hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-field and travel within the assigned area.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Familiarity with local geography and sourcing channels preferred.
