- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source & attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Conduct employee engagement activities and keep a pulse on engagement levels of employees.
- Partner with the People & Culture Team and managers for smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people management and talent acquisition.Key Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
