• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source & attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Conduct employee engagement activities and keep a pulse on engagement levels of employees.
• Partner with the People & Culture Team and managers for smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people management and talent acquisition.Key Requirements :
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
