Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail - driven Architect who had good hand experience on working on projects and Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing dynamic team !!

Who Should Apply

Candidates Applying for job of an Architect :

A passionate Architect with

minimum 3 years of experience

and

has a

strong sense of interior detailing and design aesthetics is a plus

Candidates Applying for job of an Interior Designer :

A passionate Interior Designer with

minimum

3 years of experience,

with a strong design sensibility, and a love for interiors that feel lived, layered, and full of intent.

Experience of working on high end luxurious residential projects is a plus

Your Role Will Include :

Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools.

Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations.

Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )

Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations

Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects

Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design

plans.

Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.

What we are looking and expect from you

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design

Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials . Good Client presentation relations skills

Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray / Lumion / 3d Max is a must .
