Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Operations Assistant to support the daily backend operations for Sarha’s e-commerce. The role involves coordination with the Surat warehouse, production teams, logistics partners, and online platforms to ensure smooth order and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and monitor inventory across online platforms and internal trackers
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing
• Manage basic listings, price updates, and product information
• Assist with order tracking, returns / replacements, and dispatch-related follow-ups
• Maintain simple sales and inventory reports (weekly / monthly)
• Coordinate SKU updates, image management, and product details
