Job description2–4 years of experience in FMCG / beauty / grooming / personal care sales. Existing network with distributors / retailers in Bangalore is a big plus. Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable in a lean startup environment. Fluent in English and Kannada preferred. Build Hivado’s offline journey from the ground up. Competitive salary + performance incentives. Work directly with founders, learn fast, and make impact.

What You’ll Do
- Expand Hivado into modern trade, salons, premium pharmacies, and general trade outlets in Bangalore.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Drive in-store activations, sampling, and visibility for our products.
- Track sales, availability, and competitor activity with regular reporting.
- Recruit and train promoters to boost consumer engagement.
