Job Description :
Manage Directors calendar appointments and scheduling
Coordinate internal and external meetings site visits and events
Handle confidential correspondence emails and phone communication
Draft letters reports and presentations
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
Track action items reminders and deadlines
Make travel arrangements (tickets hotel bookings itineraries)
Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action points
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist with personal tasks and errands when required
