Purpose of the role

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills Ind ia Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be a part of Artificial Intelligence team at General Mills in capacity of a Sr Analyst. The Sr. Analyst will be part of the D&T AI & Automation team and will work to advance our objective of leading CPG in digital and technology. As part of the data science function, they will play a critical role in advancing our agentic AI program. They will support D&T AI & Automation projects in planning, managing, and evaluating operations, processes, and programs. They will be responsible for initiatives related to all aspects of the AI life cycle, including but not limited to new project development, process engineering, and governing of key AI assets. They will work closely with business stakeholders, as well as D&T, to ensure the development and execution of enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Support project pipeline management and new project development, including triaging agents and building domain-specific agents.
• Assistin planning and implementation of AI projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Provideconsultation, coordinating questions, and managing feature requests.
• Monitor feedback and insights, collaborating with Agent Authors to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Support and coordinateend-to-endgovernance processes for agents.
• Manage the agent publishing lifecycle,including user acceptance testingand acting as the first line of triagefor agents.
• Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress.
• Partner with stakeholders to educate andidentifyAIopportunities.
• ChampionAIthroughout the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
