Job descriptionCollaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting Ensure a smooth onboarding process tailored to the needs of creative professionals. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the studio environment. Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefit administration in coordination with Collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning. Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Support the firm’s growth by aligning HR strategies with business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 5 to 9 years of HR experience, ideally within creative industries (architecture, Strong understanding of HR laws and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High emotional intelligence and ability to work with creative personalities. Proficiency in HR software / tools and MS Office
