What you get to do in this role :

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications / solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teams
• Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications, using ServiceNow Platform & other cloud platforms

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to drive successful project outcomes

Demonstrate expertise in SaaS platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimal cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow.
