Job Description :

We are looking for a UI / UX & Visual Designer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI / UX design, along with a keen eye for graphic design, branding, and marketing creatives. This role requires the ability to work across web and mobile platforms, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • User Research & Experience Design : Conduct user research to understand pain points and needs, translating insights into low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • UI / UX & Product Design : Design intuitive user interfaces for websites and mobile apps, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.
  • Visual & Graphic Design : Develop visually compelling marketing creatives, social media assets, and campaign materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Consistency & Iconography : Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes while using iconography effectively to enhance UI clarity.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation : Address design challenges with creative solutions, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
  • Motion & Video (Bonus) : Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

Required Skills & Tools :

  • 2+ years of experience in UI / UX and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop .
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory .
  • Ability to create engaging social media and marketing visuals .
  • Experience designing web and mobile app interfaces .
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills .
  • Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX work, branding, and marketing creatives.
