Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support the creation and refinement of HR policies, SOPs, and official documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Manage daily HR operations such as offer letters, confirmations, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs based on departmental requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR audit standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance norms, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms, MS Office, and standard HR tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with precision and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
