Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee / Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition. As an HR Trainee / Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing : Assist in using job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening : Support in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Interview Coordination : Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Job Posting : Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Database Management : Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Recruitment Research : Stay informed about industry trends and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and collaboration.
