Hiring : Regional Sales Manager – Gujarat (State Head for Sales)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Gujarat . This is a remote role , with the requirement to travel across Gujarat for client visits and occasionally to our Nashik Head Office for review meetings. The role carries full responsibility as the State Head for Sales in Gujarat .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations across Gujarat as the State Head for Sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in sales strategy, market development, and target achievement.Strong client relationship management and contract negotiation skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently while managing regional sales operations.Experience in the crushing and screening (crusher) industry is highly preferred .Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to Nashik Head Office.If you have the expertise and ambition to take charge of sales in Gujarat and grow with a leading organization, we would like to hear from you.
