  • Troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptop Hardware & Applications calls
  • Installation and troubleshooting of mail related problem in Microsoft outlook
  • Solving remote user calls
  • Installation & troubleshooting of window OS
  • Solving Network related Problems
  • Configuring network printers and troubleshoot
  • Coordinating and call logging with vendors for desktops, Laptop and other devices ensures getting resolution
  • Maintaining documentations like hardware Asset inventory management and accessories
  • Setting up Projectors & VC call (Video conference)
  • Maintaining Checklist of installation Laptop and Desktop
  • Backup administration includes taking daily backup
