Printello is a growing printing & apparel brand delivering Custom T-shirts, DTF Transfers, Screen Printing, Corporate Gifting, Kidswear. We are building a young, creative team to scale our digital presence and reach thousands of customers across India.

If you’re passionate about content, reels, branding, social media, and creativity, this role is perfect for you — even if you have no professional experience yet.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative fresher who loves social media, understands digital marketing basics, and can help us create content, manage pages, and grow our brand online.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Post daily stories (BTS of printing, customer reviews, polls).

Reply to DMs & comments within 1-2 hours.

Save trending reels, music, and ideas for future content.

Regularly track leads generated from Instagram & Facebook.

Upload 3-5 reels and 2-3 posts weekly.

2. Content Creation (Photo + Video)

Shoot simple photos and videos of T-shirts, mugs, packaging, printing process.

Capture behind-the-scenes content (DTF printing, screen printing).

Edit reels using CapCut (easy to learn) or Canva.

Create carousel posts with clean designs & branding.

Make neat product mockups using Canva or Photoshop.

3. Basic Paid Advertising Support (Beginner-Level)

Help set up simple Facebook / Instagram ads.

Monitor daily performance (course knowledge is enough).

Assist in preparing ad creatives and captions.

Learn audience targeting and help reduce ad costs.

4. Website & SEO Assistance

Update homepage banners and product images (Wix / WordPress / Shopify).

Upload new products or collections.

Add keywords, alt text, and meta descriptions.

Assist with 2-4 blog posts per month (even AI-assisted blogs).

5. Brand Building

Maintain Printello's brand style : clean, modern, trustworthy.

Create branded templates for reels & posts.

Help with influencer collaborations and product send-outs.

Coordinate with the operations team to shoot useful content.

6. Internal Coordination

Work with the graphic designer for creative needs.

Work with sales / client executive to understand FAQs customers ask.

Convert those FAQs into content (reels, carousels, stories).

Support operations with production-related content.

7. Campaign Participation

You won't build campaigns alone but you'll help with ideas and execution.

Support monthly campaigns like Holi, Diwali, Valentine's, Rakhi.

Help create mood boards & trending concepts.

Assist in scheduling content.

8. Reporting (Beginner Level)

Track basic performance :

Reel views

Follower growth

Leads from social media

Best performing posts

Share weekly reports with the team.

9. Documentation & Organization

Maintain a folder of all photos, videos, reels.

Update the content calendar regularly.

Document simple processes for posting, editing, and reporting.

10. Learning & Innovation

Even as a fresher, you must be willing to learn every day :

Learn new trends, reel formats, viral ideas.

Discover popular music, hooks, captions.

Suggest 5 new content ideas every week.

Learn from competitor brands and benchmark performance.
