Key responsibilities

Project planning and supervision : Manage and execute the daily engineering work on a construction site, from initial setting out to final completion.

Technical execution : Ensure all on-site activities and construction work adhere strictly to design plans, engineering standards, and project specifications.

Quality control : Conduct inspections and checks to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets required standards.

Safety and compliance : Enforce health, safety, and legal regulations on the site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Coordination and communication : Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Problem-solving : Identify and resolve technical issues and unexpected problems that arise during the project to prevent delays.

Documentation and reporting : Prepare daily work programs, take minutes at meetings, and compile detailed reports on project progress, costs, and other key metrics.

Resource management : Manage the procurement, organization, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
