About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive- Talent Acquisition & Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building hiring processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Post jobs on job portals, , and social channels
- Conduct HR interviews and support salary discussions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- Support campus hiring and internship programs
HR Operations
Support onboarding and induction of new employeesPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentationMaintain employee records in HRMSCoordinate joining formalities and background verificationSupport attendance and payroll inputsHandle employee queries and HR coordinationAssist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationSupport performance appraisal cycles and HR compliance documentationSkills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field3-5 Years HR work experience in recruitment / HR operations (B2B Manufacturing- Fragrance & Flavours, Pharma, Cosmetics)Strong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATSProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsBasic knowledge of labour laws is an advantageNote : This role focuses on recruitment and HR operations. Candidates seeking purely payroll or administrative HR roles may not be suitable.
