Senior Technical Recruiter

Summary :

Looking for 5-8+ years of experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for US IT and Engineering roles . Must have strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms, and compliance with proven ability to source and hire software, hardware, and engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT (Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Data) and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Embedded) roles.
• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and engineering-specific job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and US work status (H1-B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Negotiate pay rates for W2, C2C, 1099 .
• Manage ATS, VMS / MSP submissions, and onboarding paperwork.
• Work in US time zones and deliver on hiring metrics.
