This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the sexual wellness category. This includes selecting and managing the product assortment, developing pricing and promotional strategies, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Category Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory management.
Market Analysis & Research :
Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the beverage category.
Product Assortment Management :
Select and manage the product assortment, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with category strategies, including new product introductions and delisting underperforming items.
Pricing & Promotion :
Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including promotional calendars, pricing analysis, and price optimization.
Vendor Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and manage vendor performance.
Inventory Management :
Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the beverage category, analyze results, and prepare reports for management.
Budget Management :
Manage the category budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and optimizing resource allocation.
Trend Analysis & Forecasting :
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify future opportunities and develop forecasts for sales and inventory.
Qualification : Minimum Graduation + M.B.A preferred
