About the position ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage contract negotiations, streamline legal processes, and oversee litigation management. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient legal operations.

You’ll be responsible for?

• Contract Drafting and Negotiation : Independently draft, negotiate, review, and revise a wide range of contract documents with high efficiency and fast turnaround times.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Cybersecurity) to ensure contract terms align with business needs.
• Legal Risk Management : Identify and mitigate business and legal risks, ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained prior to contract finalization.
• Legal Support : Provide legal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), address legal queries from internal stakeholders.
• Litigation Management : Manage litigation matters by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and supporting the resolution of disputes as needed.
• Team Mentoring : Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective task delegation and deliverable management.
