International US / UK / Australia Banking / Telecom Process – Customer Service

Voice Process

Location : Malad / Thane (Work from Office)

Salary : Up to 35,000 - 75,000 (based on experience & last drawn)

Shifts Available : -

UK Shift – 11 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 AM (9 working hours)

US Shift – 5 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 AM (9 working hours)

Work Days : 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Requirements :

• HSC / Graduate with minimum 1 year International BPO experience (Banking preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability
• Mandatory : All education & employment documents

Australian Telecom Process – Customer Service + Upselling

Location : Malad / Thane (Work from Office)

Salary : Up to 42,000 in-hand (based on experience) + attractive incentives

Shift : Australian Shift – 3 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM (9 working hours)

Work Days : 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
