  • Job Summary :
  • We are hiring experienced and motivated Sales Engineers for our teams in Bangalore.

    This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background and proven experience in

    industrial equipment sales. The position involves managing distributor networks in the respective

    regions, driving direct sales, and delivering customer-focused technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and distributor support.
    • Manage distributor networks in South India (for Bangalore) including onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
    • Conduct product presentations, demos, and joint visits with distributors.
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, distributor performance, and customer interactions.
    • Technical Requirements :

    • Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (bachelor's degree preferred).
    • 3–4 years of experience in sales of manufacturing or industrial equipment.
    • Strong understanding of industrial machinery, systems, and applications.
    • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

    • Preferred Skills

    • Experience in industrial equipment sales is highly preferred.
    • Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or industrial end-users.
    • Knowledge of automation, mechanical or electrical systems.
    • Fluency in English, Hindi and local language.
