industrial equipment sales. The position involves managing distributor networks in the respective
regions, driving direct sales, and delivering customer-focused technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and distributor support.
- Manage distributor networks in South India (for Bangalore) including onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and joint visits with distributors.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, distributor performance, and customer interactions.
Technical Requirements :
- Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (bachelor's degree preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in sales of manufacturing or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, systems, and applications.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
