Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with strong pre-sales acumen. This role requires a trusted advisor capable of designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical delivery, and engaging with clients to translate complex business needs into impactful Salesforce architectures.
You will work closely with delivery and sales teams, driving solution strategy, ensuring successful project execution, and positioning Salesforce’s full suite of capabilities to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud).
- Create integration and application strategies to solve complex business challenges.
- Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to best practices, security standards, and Salesforce governance.
- Design and oversee technical implementations including Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Drive innovation through exploration of new Salesforce features, tools, and methodologies.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Partner with business development teams in pre-sales activities including proposal creation, solution presentations, and client demos.Articulate the technical value and business benefits of Salesforce architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Engage with clients to define roadmap, architecture vision, and digital transformation strategy using Salesforce.Support account teams during sales cycles to craft tailored, value-driven solutions.Conduct workshops and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate platform capabilities.Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and consultants to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals.Mentor Salesforce professionals and lead by example in maintaining architectural standards.Contribute to developing sales and marketing strategies, including participation in industry conferences and networking events.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.8+ years of Salesforce experience , including at least 5 years in architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions.Proven experience in pre-sales and solution consulting with hands-on project delivery experience.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture — including custom objects, workflows, triggers, APIs, and data modeling.Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.Experience in designing identity resolution, integrations, and scalable data-driven solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive stakeholders.Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) , Application Architect , System Architect , or relevant Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements when required.Join us to architect transformative Salesforce solutions and make a difference!
