Job Overview :

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Relentlessly A / B test from hooks and thumbnails to posting times and systemise your learnings to master both content creation and leadership.
• Possesses the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of content, derive valuable insights, and make well-informed decisions.
• Create and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content.
• Analyse and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.
