Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners.
