Job description

Job Title : Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer

Experience : 5+ years

Type : Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

Shift Timing : 10 am to 7 pm or Overlap with US

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developers / Technical Consultants to design and implement FSC solutions for banking, lending, and wealth management use cases. You will leverage Omnistudio and native Industry Cloud functionality to configure complex financial processes with minimal customization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate solution / technical designs into Financial Services Cloud configurations.
  • Configure FSC data models (Households, Financial Accounts, Person Accounts, Referrals, Goals, Relationships).
  • Build financial workflows : client onboarding, KYC / AML checks, loan origination, wealth planning.
  • Develop and optimize Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
  • Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems, payment processors, and wealth management platforms using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle : design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Mentor customer and SI resources to accelerate knowledge transfer and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Omnistudio certification with strong hands-on experience (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
  • Financial Services Cloud accreditation and proven FSC project delivery.
  • 3+ years on Salesforce deployment teams (Agile / Scrum preferred).
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Integration experience with banking / financial systems (REST / JSON, SOAP / XML).
  • Solid understanding of financial compliance (KYC, AML, PCI, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

    • Preferred

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Wealth Management or Lending-specific processes.
