Senior Administrator – Quest One Identity Manager
Responsibilities
- Excellent Technical knowledge in Quest OneIdentity V6 and must have worked in development, fixing, enhancements
 - Understand requirements mentioned through requirement specification document.
 - Hands on in various implementations, upgradations, development, fixing in Quest OneIdentity V6.
 - Should be well versed with Quest OneIdentity V6 IDM product.
 - Resolve escalated incidents involving synchronization failures, job queue bottlenecks, and provisioning errors.
 - Perform forensic analysis of logs, database inconsistencies, and performance anomalies.
 - Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, follow-up with different stakeholders for remediation and closure.
 - Coach and serve as a technical escalation resource to team members on all IAM related technical issues
 - Create and maintain design, technical architecture, and release management documentation
 - Should have experience in migration of Quest OneIdentity V6
 - Implement best practices for identity governance and administration, provisioning, de-provisioning, privileged access management, access reviews etc.
 - Good experience of SQL and data model of Quest OneIdentity V6
 - Research and follow industry trends in the IAM space and provide recommendations that influence strategic plans
 
Qualifications :
Any UG / PG from reputed college
Experience :
Minimum 8 years to maximum of 15 years

Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata
