Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly technical Senior Solution Specialist to lead client implementations of our platform and APIs. This role requires strong engineering skills, deep knowledge of API-driven architectures, and the ability to work directly with client developers and architects to ensure seamless integrations. You will be the technical owner of client onboarding, bridging product capabilities with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
○ Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of clients, including platform setup, API
integrations, and data flows.
○ Design and implement integration solutions using REST / GraphQL APIs, SDKs,
and webhooks.
○ Write scripts, sample code, and reference implementations to accelerate client
adoption.
○ Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
○ Advise clients on best practices for API usage, authentication, error handling, and
performance optimization.
○ Conduct architecture reviews and integration design workshops with client
technical teams.
○ Debug API calls, logs, and integration issues using tools like Postman, cURL,
and monitoring platforms.
○ Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
○ Document solutions and contribute to technical knowledge bases.
○ Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for client developers.
○ Provide guidance on CI / CD integration, automation, and scaling strategies.
○ Partner with Product and Engineering to provide client feedback on APIs and
platform features.
○ Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical expertise during
pre-sales and post-sales phases
