Associate Merchandise Designer in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers : Act as the main point of contact for buyers, relaying their requirements and providing updates on samples and orders.
• Understands requirement : Understand the buyer or customer's requirement thoroughly.
• Coordinate with sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage the Time & Action calendar
• Source materials : Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials like leather, trims, etc, and work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
• Sampling : Make sure the samples are being made correctly.
• Sample record : Like pictures and a technical sheet, which includes every detail of the style.
• Costing : Must have a strong understanding of product cost structure, including material, labor, overheads, and margins
• Sample approvals : Ensure samples are approved by buyers.
