About the Role

Senior Executive Finance will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities including accounting, cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting decision-making, and maintaining compliance with local regulation contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities

• Processing of all imported and domestic purchase bills related to raw materials, chemicals, packing material and supplies
• Accounting of customs duty and other statutory payments
• Clearing of all open items in SAP for the postings
• Ensure accuracy of forex gain / loss (both realized and unrealized)
• Processing of transactions not routed through PO / SO (FI documents), contract payments and transportation expenditure etc.
• Processing employee advances and reimbursements
• Asset Accounting
• Execution of depreciation in SAP and ensure accuracy
• Compile data required for periodic statutory returns (GST, TDS and etc.)
• Accounting of State and Central incentives
• Monitor dues of MSME vendors and ensure compliance with MSME Act Provisions

Qualifications

professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
