Hiring : HR Business Partner Lead

Location : Nagpur | Salary : ₹10–14 LPA

Reporting To : CEO & Founders

Role Overview :

The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP / SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive HR strategy and workforce planning
• Lead and mentor the HR team
• Manage end-to-end hiring across functions
• Run KRAs / OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives
• Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement
• Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation
• Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs

Requirements :

2+ years in leadership roles
