About The Role

The DC Manager will be responsible for driving efficient, safe, and cost-effective warehouse operations while ensuring timely fulfillment for all business channels. This role demands strong operational acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

You will oversee inbound & outbound operations, optimize inventory, enhance productivity, manage a multi-functional team, and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Plan and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs.
• Drive daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment across channels.
• Lead and mentor a team including QA, vendor management, reverse logistics, and assistant DC managers.
  
  

Process Excellence & Inventory Control

• Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for better productivity.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage storage & distribution efficiently.
  
  

Vendor, Compliance & Safety Management

• Build and maintain relationships with logistics and distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe, high-performance work environment.
  
  

Performance Monitoring

• Track and drive KPIs including OTIF, shrink %, returns SLAs, delivery NPS, and transport cost.
• Continuously evaluate performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  
  

People Leadership

• Set KRAs, monitor performance, and drive engagement and retention within the team.
• Lead by example and uphold company values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  

Who Were Looking For

• 814 years of experience in warehouse/SCM/Consumer Electronics/logistics operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing multi-channel retail logistics preferred
• Ability to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellence
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• SAP Knowledge required
• Qualifications
• Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
