• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications that look great across all devices and screen sizes
• Build and customize Shopify storefronts using Liquid templating language, React, and modern frontend frameworks
• Implement pixel-perfect designs with clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and Java Script code
• Create dynamic, interactive user interfaces using React and Type ScriptAI-Assisted Development
• Leverage AI tools like Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, and other code generation assistants to accelerate development workflows
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features using AI-powered coding tools
• Learn to effectively prompt and collaborate with AI to write clean, efficient codeAPI Integration & Backend Connectivity
• Integrate RESTful APIs and Graph QL endpoints into frontend applications
• Connect Shopify stores with third-party services and custom backend systems
• Handle data fetching, state management, and API authenticationCollaboration & Learning
• Work closely with senior developers and designers to understand project requirements and deliver quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and maintain existing web properties
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, AI development tools, and industry best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern Java Script (ES6+)
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with React or other modern Java Script frameworks (Vue.js, Angular)
• Understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate them into web applications
• Basic knowledge of Shopify development including Liquid templating, theme customization, or Shopify app development
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, Cursor, or similar) for coding assistance
• Version control with Git and Git HubSoft Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate rapidlyEducation
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications
