A. Job Purpose
As our Design Specialist , you will lead and guide the creative design team in developing visually stunning, user-centric, and brand-consistent designs across digital platforms.
This role demands a strong balance of graphic design creativity , web design proficiency , and UI / UX expertise to deliver impactful experiences that enhance brand visibility and digital engagement.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs for social media, website, app, email marketing, and online marketplaces—ensuring seamless visual storytelling and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
B. Key Responsibilities
1. Design Strategy & Brand Consistency
Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy covering digital platforms such as social media, website, app, emailers, and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.).
Maintain brand integrity and visual consistency across all channels.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and UI / UX best practices to ensure innovative and competitive creative output.
2. Design Execution & Quality Control
Lead and review the creation of high-quality digital assets, including :
Social media creatives, campaign ads, and motion graphics
Website and app UI / UX layouts
Product pages, banners, and marketing collaterals for marketplaces
Emailers, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, design excellence, and functionality standards.
Implement scalable design systems and templates to streamline workflow and maintain quality.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, and CRM teams to translate business goals and user insights into effective design solutions.
Support marketing campaigns and product launches with strategic creative inputs.
Communicate design rationale, timelines, and progress updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic and UI / UX designers.
Manage workload allocation, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery.
Identify training opportunities and encourage continuous skill enhancement within the team.
Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performance design culture.
5. Design Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate creative performance using metrics such as engagement rate, CTR, and conversion.
Gather user and stakeholder feedback to refine and improve design outcomes.
Explore automation tools, plugins, and design systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
C. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, and UI / UX , with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) , Figma , or Sketch .
Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles , responsive layouts, and user-centered design.
Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, and UI / UX , with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) , Figma , and Sketch .
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles , UI / UX best practices , and digital branding .
Excellent aesthetic sense, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
