Job description

Job Title : ABAP Developer.

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Key Requirements : Core Skills :

Strong expertise in core ABAP concepts (minimum 5 years of hands-on experience).
Experience in RAP, OData, and CDS Views is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code using core ABAP in an SAP environment.

Analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

Work closely with functional consultants and end-users to understand and resolve business issues.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and development standards.

Troubleshoot and debug existing applications for enhancement and support activities.

Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery discussions with the team.

Core Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Core ABAP development.

Strong understanding of ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports (ALV / classical),

SmartForms / SAPScripts, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Debugging.

Solid understanding of modularization techniques (Function Modules, Includes, etc.).

Performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code.

Experience working in SAP ECC or SAP S / 4HANA systems (basic exposure)
