Responsibilities
- All team members are collectively responsible and autonomous for delivering value end to end
- Participate to testing, deployment and production activities of the team to ensure production stability
- Collaborate with other team members (both internal Societe Generale and external vendor consultants) across different locations in China and India
- Kubernetes management
o Install, configure, and maintain kubernetes clusters
o Ensure high availavility and performance of the kubernetes environments
o Implement security best practices for kubernetes clusters
o Manage on premise infrastructure to support Kubernetes deployments in China and India
o Collaborate with internal infrastructure providers (GTS) to optimize resources and cost
o Implement CI / CD pipelines to support automated deployment processes
o Monitor system performances and reliability
o Anticipate scaling needs
o Troobleshoot and resolve issues related to kubernetes clusters
o Work closely with the development teams to streamline and improve developer experience
o Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability
