Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner located in Coimbatore, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Partner will be responsible for identifying and implementing business development strategies, managing customer service operations, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams, analyzing market trends, developing and executing marketing plans, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development and Strategic Planning
• Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong Communication and Team Collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
• Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
