We are currently seeking a Storage Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job description :

Storage Administrator is responsible for ongoing storage administration, maintenance and problem resolution of existing SAN / NAS storage infrastructure and related software.

Implementing and managing storage solutions to support the organization's data storage needs.

Must be capable of working with minimal supervision & applies the necessary technical expertise for effective and efficient use while communicating with peers, customers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Core knowledge of Isilon Administration & troubleshooting.
• Core understanding of Isilon Network configuration.
• Excellent working knowledge in multiple File share solutions and able to identify the best solution.
• Core knowledge of Isilon architecture & troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge on SMB & NTFS permission management
• Should be able to handle large scale migration projects.
• Proficient with ONEFS version features, maintenance, patching and Upgrades.
• Strong knowledge in configuration, troubleshoot & management of SYNCIQ policies & Snapshot management.
• Core knowledge of Disaster recovery & Business continuity strategies using Isilon SYNIQ
• Storage capacity management and forecast its growth.
• Good understanding of Datacenter management activities is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Security - Firewall port analysis.
• Excellent working knowledge in mitigating the vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge on DDN storage & Core knowledge of Luster file system.
