Transformer PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Ensure the progress of all production processes of production in relevant production line in accordance with the company?s established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

Plan and coordinate the activities of individual sections to manufacture as per monthly schedule.

Give feedback to Production Manager about the precision of planning data of his manpower hours.

Arrange necessary (in-house / on job) training for production section supervisors and workers.

Resolve all difficulties during the working day by having smooth operation through proper coordination with other departments through the Production Manager.

Ensure all required safety precautions are taken to have safe operation and personnel

Minimum 8 years? experience in Transformer Manufacturing Industries

Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

Must be able to supervisor a group

Proficient in English Language

Computer literate

Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Industrial Safety

Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering
