Graduate Trainee

You will be part of our team while completing our graduate trainee program, creating knowledge + perspective ready to apply to the delivery of customer + operational Excellence.

Your Role :

Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit or allow you to rotate through a variety of both.

Your Responsibilities :

• To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
• To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.
• To develop personal leadership skills : know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
• To learn about + apply project management skills : actively participate in / lead + deliver in assigned projects.
• To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement / lean thinking.
• To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.
